Most gazelles are tan-colored, with white underparts and rump patch, a dark side stripe, and contrasting facial markings.
Gazelles are thin, graceful antelopes that live in Africa and Asia.
They resemble deer and are in the same family as goats, cattle and sheep.
Gazelles are known as swift animals. Some are able to run at bursts as high as 100 km/h (60 mph) or run at a sustained speed of 50 km/h (30 mph).

The name Hippopotamus comes from the Ancient Greek ‘river horse’.

An adult Hippo needs to resurface every 3 – 5mins to breathe. The process of surfacing and breathing is automatic, and even a hippo sleeping underwater will rise and breathe without waking.

The hippopotamus is one of the most aggressive creatures in the world and is often regarded as one of the most dangerous animals in Africa.
