The reason I paint in the beginning with a pencil, is to show you that there is no reason for anxiety.


It is very easy to correct a pencil error. Then after we have gained the confidence of the line, we will do it directly with a pen.


Focus on each stroke and don’t worry about the result.


Keep your hand in relaxed position. Rotate your art for the best hand position.


The scientists say that Zentangles can help in various areas, such as management phobias, anxiety, pain management, reduction of addiction and decompression from work. Zentangles can also be used in group therapy.


When you’re done with your artwork, turn it around and name it with a weird title.
